Effective date: October 16, 2026
This policy describes the browser-based photo filters currently available at filtora.app. Contact the site operator at contact@filtora.app.
1. Your photos
The 2000s and Y2K filters process your selected photo entirely on your device. Your photo is not sent to our servers or to an AI provider. Previews and downloads are created inside your browser; we do not keep a copy of them. Example photographs are public assets served by Filtora.
AI generation is not available in this release. Before enabling a tool that sends photos to a provider, we will explain the processing and the provider's retention period. Local processing and third-party processing will not share the same privacy promise.
2. Usage analytics
When Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it receives page views and basic tool events: a filter being opened, an upload or sample being selected, a preview being rendered, a setting changing, a download being started, or a processing error. Event labels describe the filter, source type or file format. We do not include your photo, filename, image contents or email address in these events.
Our explicit page-view configuration excludes URL query parameters. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser and network information under Google's privacy policy. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our configuration. Browser privacy settings or content blockers can limit analytics.
3. Hosting
Cloudflare hosts Filtora and serves its pages and example images. It may process network information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. This is separate from processing your selected photo, which remains local. Technical server logs may be used to diagnose failures.
The current photo filters do not require an account, a daily quota or a bot challenge.
4. Contact and changes
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. Do not email photos unless needed to explain your request. Contact contact@filtora.app with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us.
We will update this page and its effective date when the service's data practices change.
